	1:38pm Cecile: I'd chop up everything. brown the meat, then get some color on the carrots and potatoes. Do you have some onion and garlic? Put them in. Season generously, let cook a bit more, put in tomato paste and water and bring to the boil. Then put in a 250 degree oven for like 2-3 hours.
