coel, never did get the aloe or silver for my knee, but you know, just good old fresh air and the occasional gauze pad was the best thing for it.

But thanks, I have your tips noted.
  10:20am

ken of brooklyn:

so true Coelacanth! I've been listening for 25 years, many times when I think I've 'hated' something in the past, it retroactively jolted something inside my DNA, only to push me further along the sonic evolutionary cycle into places I'd previously never thought possible, THAT'S the majic of WFMU, always has been, and always will! Great show today!!!!!!!
  11:36am
steev:

Ah, it's always a pleasure to hear Duck Stab!
  11:37am

Thanx, ken (of brooklyn)...though- in that 15 min of weed-wacking since i posted that i considered a certain folly of my words. (my phrasing?my timing?) 'too much to get into now.
  11:53am
ken of brooklyn:

>Coelacanth, best not to over think any of this, right, LOL, your words were right on the money and the spirit of your post resonated! WFMU is the best station out there, where else would we be treated to Tom Johnson tickling the ivories, hahaha, glad to have caught you today DJ KG, I'll keep and ear out for you in the future, perfect back to back w Bryce, TGIF!
  11:54am
Cecile:

I love Fridays on FMU bacause you get six hours of rigorous experimental music followed by the biggest pop culture phenomenon in the past 30 years. It's great.
  11:56am
coelacanth:

DJ KG Thank you Good to hear you again.I'm glad you didn't close w that Eno track...That's how i usually tempted fate in high school. After breakfast i'd put on that side- and by that cut i'd be stoned and say fuck it i'm not going...sometimes King's lead hat would pull me through and i'd go.
  11:59am
ken of brooklyn:

THANK YOU DJ KG! I second that, what a fantastic start to my 6 hour experimental marathon, T G I f*ckin' F!!!!!!
