  Mon. 7/9/12 12:25am johnnykevlar:

were you at the CBGB fest in central park?
  Mon. 7/9/12 12:27am johnnykevlar:

didn't the war on drugs and the pains of being pure at heart suck?
Mon. 7/9/12 12:27am Ken From Hyde Park:

I believe the answer is "Yes."
  Mon. 7/9/12 12:30am johnnykevlar:

the pains of being pure at heart are the biggest fraud around today. so much mic feedback and wow the chick sucked at back up vocals. I can't believe they are popular. Kurt Vile does everything the war on drugs can do better, but wow what a disaster.
Avatar Mon. 7/9/12 12:34am Therese:

I think War on Drugs were playing when we got there. They were 2nd, right? I thought they sounded like Wide Awake in America-era U2. Other than that, I can't remember much about them.
  Mon. 7/9/12 12:37am johnnykevlar:

their amp blew out, heat peaked around then, it was terrible...really smart going late. I got there at like 12:45 and I had to leave during the GBV encore because I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't even hear echos myron and that's the only song I wanted to hear. Besides unsinkable fats domino... I don't like much of their new stuff
  Mon. 7/9/12 12:40am johnnykevlar:

oh yeah, i seen a guy with a WFMU shirt on
Avatar Mon. 7/9/12 12:41am Therese:

  Mon. 7/9/12 12:45am johnnykevlar:

where was the WFMU crew at? they weren't wearing colored short shorts right? Now that was lame, i felt like i had to cut my pants to fit in
Avatar Mon. 7/9/12 12:45am Therese:

I don't think they knew each other.
  Mon. 7/9/12 12:47am johnnykevlar:

well, the only shirt i cared about was this girl that has a wipers shirt on. can never find one of those. and if i cut my shorts and have my pockets sticking out I would become the king of short shorts, and would probably have a better time
  Mon. 7/9/12 12:49am johnnykevlar:
