oh, the bbb is toothless. i had a company sending me 'cleaning fluid' unsolicited, supposedly packaged by disabled people, then billing me $50 a week later. i refused packages at the post office and this place in arizona kept sending the stuff. filed a complaint with the bbb and if the company you complain about doesn't respond it's like farting out a window - no body cares and no body knows about it
