A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Loretta Lynn carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

LL I’ve always enjoyed the subsidized/pay what you wish fee and give 50cents, I feel no shame and appreciate the ability of seeing what my British friends call the “thievery” in the museum. I just looked at the Met’s website “For New York State residents as well as New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut students, the amount you pay is up to you.” We accept many forms of residency verification, including: New York State driver's license New York State identification card IDNYC Current bill or statement with a New York State address Student ID New York library card

![]() |
![]() @TDK, not all of that is actually A440; some of it was her excellent free-form show Stochastic Hit Parade. Sometimes newer show titles will weirdly overwrite older show titles, or in her case the two titles somehow got melded together. But they were 2 different shows. |

Steve Smith's weak leadership brought this to a head. Now the coach has resigned. ![]() Wild Neil, those are fairly easy to come by, but if all you really want/need is something to play those slabs on, a cheap option is to just look for an older "all-in-one" AM/FM/MLTPX system- a lot of those had 78RPM as standard. Also, you realize you are on a slippery slope when it comes to "collecting" 78s, right?!? haha. |

Trump is running the most conservative admin since Reagan and in some ways is more conservative than Ron. Sure he's not part of the movement but the only people that seem to care now is the Bush people.
