Oatmeal as a percentage of bread could be as high as 25%, provided there was no more than the same amout on whole wheat, the balance being strong white flour. Usually bake my own, but sort of hooked on a new bakery here, BiUK. Welcome, Jeff. Worthwhile doc, I think. |
