	♥ 5:43pm DJ GeorgyGirl: Nylon sheets and nylon pyjamas - if you turned over suddenly in the night you would literally give yourself an electric shock. It was terrifying. I do NOT miss that at all.

	5:47pm Mark R: I know this is trite and obvious, George, but Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, regularly updated, are pretty much mandatory for promotion nowadays. I don't know if you DJ in clubs, but of course those are wonderful events to tweet about, or interesting music releases. or blah blah blah.

I once skewered an orange with two copper rods and then hooked the positive lead to one and the negative to other and sent about 10,000 volts through it. For one brief second it lit up like a lightbulb and spewed steaming hot OJ through the holes before exploding.

	6:24pm Mark R: I know--Georgy not George, too! Facebook is the least important of the three. I hate Twitter, but it's an indispensable tool in self-promotion. For God's sakes, you don't have to tweet as much as Trump does (he has nothing better to do), but 3 or 4 a day keeps you out there, and then someone re-tweets something or you re-tweet something and the next thing you know, you've got 200,000 followers--20 of whom might actually listen to your show!

I shall have to dig it out :-) Sadly, there is no recording of when I couldn't stop laughing on air during a "this week's craziest stories" segment. I had to leave the studio and let my colleagues carry on because I was laughing so much. :-)

I once skewered an orange with two copper rods and then hooked the positive lead to one and the negative to other and sent about 10,000 volts through it. For God's sakes, you don't have to tweet as much as Trump does (he has nothing better to do), but 3 or 4 a day keeps you out there, and then someone re-tweets something or you re-tweet something and the next thing you know, you've got 200,000 followers--20 of whom might actually listen to your show!

I had to leave the studio and let my colleagues carry on because I was laughing so much. :-)
