A local burger chain around here features seasonal giant Walla Walla onion rings every year. They're wonderful. The trick is to cut them up with knife and fork while eating, otherwise, they're slippery as deep fried eels.

Hmmm. It's a salad dressing, originally. Sort of sour cream-ish with lots of garlic and salt. What else? I'm so American that I literally cannot break down Ranch, as it's like one of our prime elements.
