@Glynis: It's a day-by-day situation for me regarding my overall level of "wellness". I feel like I've been in a state of suspended animation for so long that I'm not sure how well I'll readjust to a return of what used to be "normal". It's definitely been a lot quieter around here the past few months without my canine pal/gardening buddy, Sophia.

@Glynis, thanks I don't know where the past 8 months have gone since her passing - I can't help but think that she may have still been around a while longer, had it not been for all of the uncertainties concerning even being able to get in to her veterinary clinic, once I realized she was in a bad way. All the restrictions for face-to-face contact late last spring/early summer made a bad situation even more draining. At least she passed peacefully, and at home.

With regards to your own health, I certainly hope there's a point where things begin to improve for you, or plateau at the very least.
