the secret ( on my side ) is to press a lot the lasagne each floor upon the other one, it has to have the sauce spreading there, I just put the lasagne inside hot water quick and then the combination maintain the humidity inside and crunchy on top Bechamel sauce helping a lot also links everything ( and I suggest cooking the meat with a leek sliced so fine it will disapear and garlic + capperi & dried tomatoes sliced + tomato sauce ciliegini...) arghhhh sorry it's perfect on a gentle rainy day like today on Ligurian coast, I still have to discover those Zitti travelling back to Napoly one day...
yeah it's better the next day less hot also but there nothing left the first day normally...
take care there! enjoy your week end

Good morning Bobby Sand...and yeah. I'm kind of torn about that. There's so much worthy of mention, but it seems to lead, too often, to just sniping on the comments board, a distraction from a music program, and I'm often left with the feeling that nothing was accomplished, at best! Even mentioning the vaccine can cause a disagreement.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:16am

@Bobby Sand: well, to be brief, they inherited a whole host of problems, some Trump-era related and some which have not been properly addressed in too long. They seem to be doing very well on the vaccine rollout. Lots in the pipeline, too. There's much work to be done. Trump got very little accomplished, tbh.

Okay we'll agree to disagree. It just saddens me of what is going on down at the US Mexico border with the humanitarian crisis, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, child abuse, no covid protocols in place etc. No one seems to care especially those who are now running the country and those who seem to support the current administration.

Hey Andrew! Nice to see you again. Hope everything is going swimmingly up there in the Great White North.

@Sylvia Got the all clear from the vet (thank goodness). It was most likely stress-induced. I live in a really noisy area and like me, my Pepé is a pretty sensitive guy. So when the upstairs neighbor's kids came it was a disaster. Wrote them a letter explaining the situation and they won't be back until the fall. Going to start volunteering at the station after my next jab. Plenty of time to make new friends, get to know the JC area, and hopefully find a new place. Everything's cool again here, thanks for asking! :)

Heidee. I quite enjoyed that version, had a nice style about it.
I've always loved that story since I was a kid - especially Lady Macbeth and her 'blood stained' hands.

Good morning Jeffrey, skeleton crew and you all!
I thought, a few days ago when I put it to listen to it for the Nth time, to tell you about it. I fell in love with it when I discovered it last year or so.I hope it is not completely outside of what you would consider enjoyable to hear (I like it for specific "reasons" linked to my history and musical environment, so I have no idea how it might be received by others)
soundcloud.com...
that's the version (a modern, recent ambient-electronic leaning rework of it) that I discovered and liked, more because of the singer's timber of voice, but it is actually an old song from the arabic folklore. I want to say syrian, but I might be off the mark by a few kilometers, geographically.
It goes hand in hand with listening to a version closer to the original melody I think like this one soundcloud.com...
So it's a love song, but I might -if I find the time. it is always the problem of finding that darn time- look for or translate the lyrics for anyone interested
