Yeah he said Playboy put the word out for Best Songs of the Millennium - & what they really wanted was of the Century... So RT put it out on three discs (?) - & toured it. I saw that. Aftewords he talked to the audience. Some nice young kid asked him about becoming a Gittarist or such - & RT said - Practice. & then ...Practice Some More.

Are: Eb: I played with a guy for a while who liked to tune a half-step down, but he'd still call out chords as if he was still in normal tuning. I didn't want to ___ around tuning down myself, so I had to adapt, but it was a pita. But his songs were great.

While free for the viewer, Kanopy is not free for the library. Wikipedia: "…each view (watching a video for 30 seconds or more) will prompt the sale of a license fee for that title. Costs vary per institutional contract, but have been estimated in 2019 for single titles to be $150 for one year, $350 for a 3-year license." NYPL dropped it: costs were too high and hard to predict.

Quick story from Keith's guitarist on the Beach Boys tour. He and Dennis Wilson were having a toke session in the back of Dennis' Cadillac, which they towed around on tour. Someone comes up to the car and knocks on the window, and it's Bruce Johnston. He tells them something like "You'll get busted!" Dennis rolls up the window, gets back to smoking, and says don't worry about him, he's just on salary.
