@DJ Guin As per your dispensary question, as of now all dispensaries are still under medical rules. Recreational sales won't start for at least 6 months, most shops will be open next year. That's to my knowledge. Dispensaries were a no for me. Lots of mold & quality issues in addition to some places charging $80 for an 8th of shake. Ridiculous.

Schwartz makes a lot more sense to me, because I remember the song as from the era when I first started listening to WNEW, in the early 70s. Saw Joe J. a few times (inc. the "Jumpin' Jive" tour at a little club on L.I.) & was once in a elevator with him in midtown somewhere, but he looked too intimidating to speak to. And now supposedly he's moved to Berlin, because he didn't like the "no smoking" rules in NYC(!). I think he's living there with his boyfriend, if you believe Wikipedia.
