I was looking for info on some obscure track I heard on the stream (4 year old Marjoe preaching) and could only find a very basic listing on discogs and I was about to think, damn, this trail has run cold and then I saw that the person who created the discogs listing is Otis-Fodder so aha, the trail is hot again.

A propos of nuffink - after Otis's show larst week, I went & scored 3 of the 'Exotic Beatles' albums off Soulseek. Mainly cos I'm in the process of making a comp for my older brother & a good friend who both turned 60 recently - called 'Now We Are Six(ty)' - after the A.A. Milne book. ZoZo, pre-“Chariots of Fire” Vangelis got pretty loud and intense sometimes. One of his oldies i was listening to last night, “Pulstar,” could practically be a horror theme.

“Fast Times” is not only a classic, it’s a snapshot of my Valley upbringing! I even live down the street from the restaurant used in some scenes. Like the Zappa’s “Valley Girl” it’s as much authentic sociology as it is entertainment.
