This is fantastic Friday music!!!!
Love Lily Allen :D LOVE her ! (and forgot about this track (How could I!). Thank you Sheila!)
www.youtube.com...
I will check out some other Estonian music, thanks Seamus!
Agnetha and Anni-Frid sounding amazing
(your moniker reminds me of the Irish poet -that I have to remind myself, again, to read SOON- !)
The Invisible woman is here~~!
Witicha Lineman always gets me also
When NY/NJ gets affordable mold free housing i could relocate
My apologies for being rude
I was unaware of my surroundings.
As for age -- what's that?
Existentialism is kicking in
Probably also coupled with the previous track
@PaulR: yes! always!
What? The conversation wasn't about booze? I have nothing then
O yea and I stopped drinking lool
also, hello, Sheila and folks.
sorry
About to be driving
Organized zipper merging is absolutely the best way to handle merging!
It means a nice strict alternation of people merging – left, then right, then left, etcetera. It actually works in practice in places where people are used to the rules and follow them (the Holland Tunnel NJ to NY is a fine example – at least when local people, not tourists, make up the majority of the traffic).
Speeding up to the head of an existing already-merged lane of traffic is the opposite of organized. It's a sign of sociopathy.
Yet I am taking a zipper to a professional yea
Peace till later
All I wanna do is lay down to this tho
Nah I enjoy cleaning...you get to see all your things and feng shui and s u c h
I wouldn't want it any other way.
Abba news .. concert with Avatars...??
https://www.theguardian.com/music/2021/sep/02/abba-reunite-for-voyage-first-new-album-in-40-years
The situation I often see, the particularly infuriating one, is where the majority of motorists have seen the signs saying (or just know) that an exit is coming for which one needs to be in the far right lane, and they conduct an orderly merge into that lane well before getting to that exit. Most of the cars needing to make that exit work their way into that exit lane a half-mile or more before the actual exit leaves the highway.
Because of the increased volume of traffic in that lane (because everybody has already merged into it), that lane often ends up moving more slowly than the express lanes to its left. But... pre-merged into that lane is where all the sensible, considerate, empathetic, moral drivers are.
Then some SOCIOPATHS whiz past the slower lane of cars pre-merged and ready to take the exit, and push their way into the already-formed exit queue right up front - not only being unconscionably rude, but slowing the pre-merged line down by injecting chaos into what was an orderly queue.
absolutely lovely show as always, and this set is dreamy!
But you are special, too.
lols
Peace.
gave away my Stones and JAirplane and .... ???? in the late 70's in the spirit of Kill rock Stars ..
no regrets ..but now at the age of 60 I can now hear new nuances to things I disliked so I am more open/less harsh to some 70-80 Disco-ish sounds I shied from ..
please - No Eagles..... nor Doobie Brothers ...
anyone who would like to discover the original, Trouble's French-centric show was great (around the week before Bastille day)
I would love to go to a concert with Gaylord, Sheila B and Cooh John...
I also know what you are speaking of/to...
have seen too much of all bad things ..
still fighting injustice/rascism/fascism/macho-violence in Madrid with
little success ...
I have driven about 500 miles in the last two days. Tomorrow, we strap the canoe to the car.

Thanks Juli for the 29 Nov pages ... as I said ... quite accurate assessment..
Happy bday, Vanessa Tara!
And thanks, Sheila!
Thank you for an incredible three hours, Sheila. Enjoy the concert!
nyc 8-14 sept???
But yes, I completely hear you! (and were I living where you are -which has always been my aim but that's another story for another day :D - I would have pretty much the same habits). But I am honestly bummed to hear about the tensions with cyclists (although I get where you are coming from). I hope there will be ways to resolve them asap.
p.s. Just in case - I am always afraid of misunderstandings on internet chats- I should point out that none of what I said earlier was directed your way! :p
