Your insular city of the Manhattoes, girdled round by wharves like Indian isles by coral reefs. It's just over there. Hey, Rich and everyone.

Hello Rich--I'm listening. Cheers!

Hey Rich, folks!

I saw Keir Dullea a few years ago at Film Forum, introducing and doing a Q&A for the restored version of Bunny Lake Is Missing, one of his early films. Afterwards, on 6th Ave, he and his two friends happened to ask me for directions, and I got to shake his hand.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:03am
drowsy:

OK, I didn't know Keir did TWO awesome things. Cheers Rich!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:04am
Stevel:

Just learning about Keir Dullea. Any recommendations? This is terrific, and might get me to read a copy of Moby Dick that's been lying nearby for a year or more.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:05am
Handy Haversack:

Read it, Stevel! It's so freaking good!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:06am

@mariano, that is v cool. Hello BTW, to you and Handy and Stevel and Chop and Jocelyn! Rich this is shaping up nicely! Thank you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:06am
Stevel:

Ahhhhhh. Him. OK.

I've read it before, voluntarily, yet with some effort. Hearing a reading like that inspires me to find that rhythm, or whatever made that so clear and intriguing.

Stevel: Bunny Lake Is Missing is a great psychological thriller. An American woman who's just moved to London claims to the police that her daughter has been kidnapped from school. But as the story develops, the question becomes: does she even really have a daughter?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:09am
Handy Haversack:

Hey, drowsy!

As someone who has been investigating the disappearance of Mariano's daughter in London for at least subjective days now, I can say definitively: it's unclear whether anyone exists.

I looove Bunny Lake is missing
