Two years ago their Christmas album (in Dutch) was voted in the top 10 of best Xmas albums by Rolling Stone! Another colleague made a picture of them and me (wearing my SBB T-shirt!), that I'm using now as new avitar. Goodbye Ray Davies.

	3:39pm BH: Sad day over here. Around 2am when I was about to go to bed, I saw the white cat sitting on a rug in the kitchen not really moving much and it seemed odd. I went back by at 3am to look at the eclipse, she was still there, I rubbed her head, went to bed. She got up later, went into another room, laid down and passed away. She was 15ish, the oldest cat here, and she had a few vet visits lately. I'm gonna miss her coming down here and get her head/neck rubbed by me under the desk.

Two of my favourite songs by two of my favourite singers. Last week we watched Jane Par Charlotte, the documentary Charlotte Gainsbourg made about her mother and it was heaven, so civilized and intimate. Sheila rules (and I wrote this listening to Busy Signal and My Boyfriend's Back which just goes to show how versatile Sheila is).

	4:40pm Skyline chili: @BH: Remember this, You gave your cat's life an excellent quality of existence by giving it shelter care and the security of a loving home for 15 years, and when it's life ended it ended with dignity and peace because of you. So even though now that you are feeling sorrow you have nothing to feel sorry about. But rather feel good about your accomplishment of a good and loving pet owner that did right to your cat. Too many domesticated animals past and present have never known that kind of peaceful secure existence, but for you that one did. I sincerely hope that you eventually extend that same compassion to a new needy animal and change it's life by giving it the same kind of love

	3:39pm BH: Sad day over here. Around 2am when I was about to go to bed, I saw the white cat sitting on a rug in the kitchen not really moving much and it seemed odd. I went back by at 3am to look at the eclipse, she was still there, I rubbed her head, went to bed. She got up later, went into another room, laid down and passed away. She was 15ish, the oldest cat here, and she had a few vet visits lately. I'm gonna miss her coming down here and get her head/neck rubbed by me under the desk.

So even though now that you are feeling sorrow you have nothing to feel sorry about. But rather feel good about your accomplishment of a good and loving pet owner that did right to your cat. Too many domesticated animals past and present have never known that kind of peaceful secure existence, but for you that one did. I sincerely hope that you eventually extend that same compassion to a new needy animal and change it's life by giving it the same kind of love

I had enough experience around cats to know whenever something is off but it comes quickly and fortunately I heard from someone else here that she just sat under a bench in the living room and checked out.
