starting when i became "a vegetarian" when i was 16 and continuing for over a decade people gave me cookbooks as gifts. and when i worked at one store that sold lots of health-oriented books i bought a few.
i think i've never once followed a recipe exactly, and probably only 2-3 times used any of them for ideas.

I was going to request Atlas. I'm not sure if he'd play it or not... i did some due dilligence before making the request and learned that the song was HUGELY popular... i had no idea -- my exposure to it came from a video game (and i live in a vacuum) . so given it's popularity i decided not (setting aside the way it sounds, and wether or not it'd get played on HDT... guessing yes anyway though)
