THE MORRICONE ISLAND INTERVIEWS podcast features the in-depth conversations with film and television music composers and the related soundtrack industry and fan community.

CARTER BURWELL discusses his latest score for Joel Coen's "The Tragedy of Macbeth," starring Denzel Washington and Frances McDormand (soundtrack on Milan Records). His 100+ credits include nearly every Coen Brothers film ("Blood Simple," "Raising Arizona," "Fargo," "A Serious Man"), and the Academy Award-nominated "Carol" (Todd Haynes) and "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" (Martin McDonagh). Burwell played keyboards for bands The Same, Radiante and Thick Pigeon (with Stanton Miranda). Check out carterburwell.com for more info on his work.
