I Googled quickly, not tons of info there either; he does seem to be a Canadian bassist, but not much written about him (there's also a Canadian politician by the same name). That's a great Dolphy track-don't think I connected it with the original tune when I heard Dolphy's, nice to put them together.

After a while, it occurred to me that these Japanese people were singing Rosemary Clooney's hit, "Come on-a my house"... in English! Very strange. It isn't a musical, by any means. The characters were doing this as part of the action.

That's a great Dolphy track-don't think I connected it with the original tune when I heard Dolphy's, nice to put them together.

The characters were doing this as part of the action.
