was cruising through some Paradjanovs for like the tenth time and decided to take that energy and take care of a Tarkovsky blind spot. (side note, a lot of the Gustul/Carpathian music in Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors is not dissimilar to some of these Romanian sounds, lots of shared elements)
