The fest was lots of fun, nice getting to a live music festival after all this time. Solid Sounds is a very "civilized" festival-people bring their kids, everyone was masked at any indoor event (mostly it was outdoors), and they had lots of great acts over the 3 days (and lots of Wilco and Wilco related music, good or bad, depending on how you feel about Wilco).

I was there with a friend who just discovered vinyl (after giving it up in the early 80's), and makes me look like a piker in the vinyl acquisition department.
I'm trying to cut down, but it was just too tempting last weekend (should be getting rid of stuff at this point in my life, not accumulating it, but habits are hard to break).
@Fred-no need for thanks, hope he's doing well.

BOB, going back to your playing of both sides of Sonny and Cher's first single, yes, the quetzal is a multi-colored Central American bird. The word comes from Nahuatl, the language of the Aztecs. This is the language Cortez(the "Killer") encountered when he first went to Mexico, mated with "La Malinche" and created the mestizo race. The quetzal is also the currency of Guatemala.
