We were always up front that it was a Show set in an actual Record Store Bar Band room. Woulda been good to know the name is a no go back then.

That avoids excess foam" Problem with that is that the bottle/can has been sitting around Bsmts and places with rodent sprays and general pollutants so unless cleansed or submerged is clean H2O ... not a good idea .. A slow pour with a tilted glass works fine - after cleansing the top with yer shirt .. ps. Not a germ-a/o-phobe ... but do worry about toxins ..

I try to shop in small shops still, but the crap hole called LIDL sells a good 4 ingredient beer for about 2$us for 500ml whereas elsewhere a 500ml can costs 2.50-3.00u$.. The Guardian lists the lidl beer "Perlenbacher" as one of the top 10 supermarket lagers/pilsners... ps. I have no financial or familial connection to Lidl ..
