I used to live in a little house, a converted garage in Port Jervis,NY in the early 90's. I was friends with an auctioneer at the time the late Col. Don Tynayashun (I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong, been a long time gone). Anyway, one afternoon he walks into our local watering hole & offers me a church pipe organ, pipes & all. I thanked him but told him I'd have to cut a hole in the roof to accommodate the pipes and the organ itself would take up my whole living room :)
