still b/p:
Travel guide (an American) got nearly within an arm's length of a sitting baboon for a photo, despite all the advised cautions. No bulletin -- animal sightings make folks dumb, as often seen in national parks and preserves. My favorite was the guy quoted in a hard-copy posting at ranger station counter in Grand Tetons after a bear had become troublesome, as in grabbing kid backpack off a kid. Apparently was incited/invited shortly before that by a different, suuuuuper genius visitor: "The bear looked hungry, so I gave it my sandwich."

"Haskap is the Japanese name for Lonicera caerulea, also known as Edible Blue Honeysuckle, Honeyberry and . Haskap is an ancient Japanese name of the Ainu people of Northern Japan for the fruit meaning "berry of long life and good vision". The first introduction of the cultivated plant to Canada was at Beaver Lodge, AB in the 1950s." mostly via wikithingy.
