Yeah for a long time it was really uncool to like "easy" music, even when it's as deep and intricate as bossa nova.

turmeric, the poor man's saffron (i actually like turmeric for it's own flavor spectrum, although I have used it just for rice purposes on occasion...)

(i'm adding fresh rosemary to your recipe in my mind)

I call marigold petals poor man’s saffron. Also I love how often this chat devolves into us just talking about food. ;D

dr J… if you like it, next time add brussel sprouts. That would be a GREAT combo.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:41pm

↳ northguineahills @6:37
It sounds good, but I don't have any rosemary (fresh) around. I like turmeric on its own as well (I have some saffron, wasn't in the recipe, or in the comments, which I always check); I add a bunch of baharat (a Middle Eastern Spice Blend, which I add to many, many things). We don't do "hot"; lots of GERD in the family.
Avatar 6:41pm

I don't mind a food discussion. I like that there is activity on the chat and we don't have to discuss every song haha.

I definitely enjoy discussing tracks too. Arto *does* sound a lot like Caetano, as does Sessa. Is it just the singing style?
