Yes: Oyster sauce is a couple of dried Asian mushrooms and a date soaked in about 1/4 c warm water. When soft add 1T tamari or soy sauce, bit of garlic, I add coconut aminos to taste and blend with 1teaspoon corn starch. Heat until slightly thick. Add this plus 4 or 5 drops of sesame oil a little more soy sauce and garlic chili paste to 1/2 bag cooked, drained rice noodles and coat well. Top with sliced green onions.
