MORRICONE ISLAND is a weekly film and television soundtrack radio program on WFMU hosted by Devon E. Levins. The show was conceived in 2007 and transitioned over to WFMU in 2014. THE MORRICONE ISLAND INTERVIEWS podcast features the in-depth conversations with film and television music composers and the related soundtrack industry and fan community.

MOMA's Josh Siegel discusses the upcoming Ennio Morricone 35-film retrospective at MOMA (December 1st - January 10th) in collaboration with Cinecittà , Rome, which includes 17 new digital restorations and 35mm archival prints of films featuring Morricone’s scores for Sergio Leone, John Carpenter, Roland Joffe, Bernard Bertolucci, Giuseppe Tornatore, Sergio Corbucci, Sergio Solima and Mario Bava, as well as a rare 1967 German television program screening of Morricone performing with Gruppo di Improvvisazione Nuova Consonanza.
