Have spent most of my morning looking for what I can find out about THE THREE N***** OF BROADWAY that are credited on the cover of that Gorni Kramer comp cover. Have not found much except a Discogs listing and some inferences regarding the music from Gorni Kramer's wiki pages.

www.discogs.com...

Under the discogs listing for each musician there is a photo.

The combo, an Italian guitarist, pianist and drummer, in Italian known as I Tre Negri. I am guessing the N***** being them translating into what they considered the American vernacular of the time. They also recording as "tre italiani in america". From what I've read, American jazz and swing was semi-outlawed in Musolini's Italy of the 30s and 40s so these musicians were somewhat fringe or underground at the time.

↳ Song: "Drinking Songs" by "Russian Master Singers"
The Russian Master Singers was an American vocal ensemble founded circa the late 1930s by renowned band leader Theodore Zarkevich (1893—1977) and specializing in authentic Russian and Ukrainian folk songs, Gypsy romances, and other similar repertoire. They toured extensively in the USA and recorded many 78 RPM gramophone singles and several long-playing albums on Victor, Remington, and Standard, a label founded and owned by the Greek singer and producer Tetos Demetriades. Some of the prominent members and soloists with Russian Master Singers include Antonina Anikina, Lucien Ruthman, Anna and Demetre Criona, and Gleb Chandrowsky with Michael Greben (1887—1943) from Don Kosaken Chor Serge Jaroff. ↳ Song: "Here you go" by "Meyer Kanewsky (M. Marinenko)"
Meyer Kanewsky was one of the most popular Jewish recording artists of his time. Between 1912 and 1919, he recorded more than 130 selections for Columbia, Victor, Edison, and Pathé.

Apart from Jewish liturgical songs, which he recorded under the name Cantor Meyer Kanewsky or Rev. Meyer Kanewsky, Kanewsky also performed songs in Ukrainian, Russian, Yiddish. For some of these, he used aliases, such as M. Gutmann for popular Yiddish songs, M. Mironenko for Ukrainian songs on Columbia, and M. Palamak for Russian and Ukrainian songs on Victor. In 1915, he also served as conductor on ten recordings of Abe Elenkrig's Orchestra made for Victor. (discogs)
