For lemoncello, about 8-10 lemon rinds (less white, less bitter) to half a handle, sit six or more (or less ) weeks. Mix approximately 1-1 with simple syrup. Higher alcohol content =less sticky sweet. Otherwise, here's some guy's Stone-fruit bitters combo Apricot Bitters - Age for 3 months. 1 Cup of Apricots 15g Fennel 10g Whole Clove 15g Star Anise 10g Cardamon Pods 2 Cinamon Sticks 1 Liquerice Root 5g Peppercorns Rye
