Bitter Giuseppe 2 oz Cynar 1 oz sweet vermouth 1/4 oz lemon juice 6 shots orange bitters Stir with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a serving glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon. Cynar Negroni Equal parts Cynar, sweet vermouth, gin. Lemon garnish. Little Italy (Manhattan+Cynar, hence name): 2 oz rye, .75 oz sweet verm, .5 oz cynar, stir w/ ice, serve up, cherry garnish
