Newcastle's own Prefab Sprout had the hono[u]r of having Stevie in the studio while recording "Nightingales" for theit "From Langley Park To Memphis" album. Even have a Paddy McAloon interview (from a certain redio show I would listen to and record regularly) in which he explains how the man came across the band while recording was in session.
