Playing Favorites is the collection of music I will be giving away only during my marathon show: from
3 AM - 6 AM on March 10, 2002. The notes in the Comments column below are the kinds of notes I write to myself as I am preparing to do a show, and also represent what I think of each piece as I listen to it during the show itself.

This premium will automatically be yours for a contribution of US $60 or more to this marathon show. I spend hours before a show choosing what to play and just what order everything must be in, both of which I do almost entirely by feel. While I pay particular attention to the arrangement of music within each set, the order of each set within the show as a whole is also important, and I've done exactly the same here. Doing shows in this manner is the only way I know of having the music affect me to the deepest degree possible.
