Man, that recent Bo-Keys record is totally awesome and funky
  11:26am Jay/ London:

hi just checking in
  11:26am cglenn:

dig your show Mr. Shelley
  11:32am jed clampett:

You haven't talked about he fundraiser much on the air? You guys haven't stopped!
  11:36am Michael:

Hey Jed - This is my 4th week of fundraising shows - how many seconds have I mentioned the fund raiser total in 4 weeks? I think the total is LESS then a minute. You are wrong.
  11:44am andaloudog in DC:

Diggin the Marmellata
  11:45am Michael:

Jed - hello - Jed...
  11:47am Jed Clampett:

Not directed at you personally but you said we haven't mentioned it much on the air. I always give to FMU and just recently donated a few months ago so im a little offended that every show recently sounds like a fund raiser
  11:50am Michael:

I totally disagree ! I listen too & I haven't heard shows mention it much at all - what shows are you talking about that "sounds like a fund raiser" ?
  11:54am Andy in Berlin:

I have to say in the last week it's been mentioned a number of times but other than that it's been pretty low key
  11:56am mrmucho:

please do not feed the trolls
  11:59am Ken:

And I'm offended that you feel the need to be a whiny little bitch under a pseudonym, Rob S.
  12:01pm JOFF.:

  12:03pm cglenn:

so what if it's mentioned a lot. it's a reality. wfmu is a jewel.
don't shine without polishin' it folks..
  12:11pm Michael:

Joff - Juniper has learned the words to Dog Calendar
  12:16pm Arne:

Holy Sock! This is really an odd eperience: I listened to Trio as a youth in the 80s in Germany, I am now listening in from Turin, Italy, hearing the Englich version of DaDaDa on WFMU. Time-space-confusion....
  12:20pm cglenn:

what does 'Holy Sock' mean in Italy?
  12:24pm Arne:

@cglenn: You mean "holy sock" in Italian? Perhaps something like "calzetta benedetta".... But I really did a translation from the German "Heilige Socke!" I don't know whether that's any help. I just looked for a way to express my great surprise...
  12:35pm Mike Sin:

Cool info about the "Soul Children". Always a fine show, Michael.
  12:36pm Timmay:

What year/label was the Katie Webster & Ashton Conroy tune recorded?
  12:42pm #:

  12:45pm Brian in UK:

Michael, love The Vogues, Five O'clock World, the best record with yodelling.
  2:47pm Wipper:
