	11:45am Jay/ London: thanks Fred yeah a lot better nurse changed my dressing this morning going to GP on Monday and might be able to go back to work in a few days hopefully wfmu has been great company at this time alone at home and i am going to the local pub tonight for birthday drinks for a friend only soft drinks for me and will not stay out long

	11:52am T-Zero: Ah, so that's tonight the time changes. Good to know so I can adjust mine for the UK. Ours will change back on the 6th.

	11:59am T-Zero: All of the continental states, except Arizona which stays the same year round. Alaska and Hawaii have their own time zones.
