  1:28pm Cecile:

You cannot go wrong with a band with two members who have "rockin'" in their names.
  1:30pm dc pat:

just think if they could possibly find 2 more guys with rockin in their names...

well, off to lunch.
Have a great show, everyone!
  2:15pm David Shortell:

Dexter Romweber played that old tune Tuesday night at the Brighton. The turnout was hardly bigger than his previous show there, alas.
What really pissed me off was that the opening acts didn't stick around to see him, including a local "rockabilly" group and their entourage of poseurs.

****ffffffffffffffffffffffffffpppppppppppppthhhhhhhhhh..............aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhThis is some gritty rural-tinged shit, man....
  2:20pm efd:

Missed the anniversary set, but happy happy!

At least I got back in time to hear two of my favorite A-Bones songs back to back!

Flat Duo Jets...were in the movie Athens Inside Out, 1986 or somethin'....cough cough cough....
  2:27pm Cheri Pi:

Yeah! haven't heard King Coleman in a while!!
  2:27pm PSS:

"Boo Boo Song" is possibly the greatest song ever.
  2:30pm gauche rosh:

@david: h8 bands that don't stick around 4 others & that don't care about ppl that paved the way for them. He'll get lots of love tonight 4 sure.

I picture this in a downtown Detroit bar at 230 in the morning......
  2:51pm KP:

Awesome show today.
