Listener comments!

northguineahills:

It's rarely I listen in at 3:21 AM on a weeknight, but, this goes well w/ my leftover Tofurkey, gravy , taters and veggies.
  3:24am
Ken From Hyde Park:

Yep....same for me. I scavenged some leftover pizza at work just now. I'm usually not awake at this hour, much less at work.
  3:26am
northguineahills:

yow. Ken, glad I'm not at work. Hope the pizza treats you right. Cheers!
  3:28am
Tarantino:

hey scavengers, thanks for listening/eating your leftovers superlate with me on a weeknight!
CT
  3:41am
Adam in Portland:

Hey, All! CT, this is fantastic! Throw in some Padded Cell if you feel the urrrrrrrrrrge. But, you're mystifying and electrifying the masses/messes as it is. :-)
  3:52am
Adam in Portland:

Roller jams!
  3:59am
Adam in Portland:

  4:05am
northguineahills:

  4:41am
Tarantino:

Filter House - C'est si bon!
  4:44am
Adam in Portland:

Anyone excited about any New Year's Eve show you plan to head out for? Here in Oregon, I'm likely going to a show featuring Addison Groove, Dâm Funk, Sepulcure, and Machinedrum and many more.
  4:48am
northguineahills:

Holy Gummi Bears, Adam in Portland!! That sounds like a kick-ass NYE party!
  4:51am
Adam in Portland:

@northguineahills, I know, right? Sound system could be better in the club that is putting it on. Hoping that it will be sufficiently upgraded for the occasion, but, regardless, I think it stands to be a dance and head-nod rave-up.
  5:01am
abby in france:

got to second everyone else here and say that this is fun listening. hi chris!
  5:05am
pierre:

@ Tarantino : thanks for the salute ! But what is "Filter House" ?
Love those Irrelevant Celebrities.
  5:07am
Tarantino:

thanks Downtown Abby! requests anyone?? try me...
  5:09am
Adam in Portland:

More fraternizing with bears in 2012! The hairier and huggier the better! My only other request for the show would be some Night Slugs representation, because I'm a bit obsessed with the label, still.
  5:09am
northguineahills:

Speaking of Gay House Anthems, I found an original copy of Lil Louis' "French Kiss" on the streets of Mexico City 2 weeks ago.
  5:11am
abby in france:

duane played the doobie bros last nite, don't think anyone could top that for courageousness.
  5:11am
Tarantino:

"Filter House" is what we Americans classify Daft Punk & their ilk as, correct or not.
  5:12am
pierre:

@Tarantino: allright thanks, as for request, for super sexed up song, i'd say some Tonetta 777, i don't know if you like it.
  5:14am
pierre:

(i thought it was called "french touch")
  5:17am
Adam in Portland:

A Chinese food establishment called "Kung Food" just opened in my neighborhood. Ummm, I wish it was not true. It is...
  5:18am
abby in france:

whoahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5:21am
northguineahills:

@Pierre, actually, I have the 12" record of "French Kiss" right next to me on my desk. Drew Daniel of Matmos talked it up on an article I read on the way to Mexico City, which is why I recognized it when I saw it in the bin.

I've heard it before, but had no clue what it was before I read the said article.
  5:25am
Adam in Portland:

Drew Daniels is bonkers, in the best way possible. I saw him do a dj set once and he leaned heavily on dance music, but also dropped in what I think was Mayhem, and Celtic Frost.
  5:26am
Adam in Portland:

Thanks again, CT! Loving this ride!
  5:28am
northguineahills:

@Adam in Portland: that's pretty wicked! I saw Matmos in a small club in Tampa in 1998 w/ 20 some people, before Bjork raised their profile. They played noise, electro-crunch, and drill 'n bass, etc. Drew was fun to chat w//
  5:30am
Adam in Portland:

That sounds a blast! He is a really warm guy to talk to. Sorry, Mr. Daniel, for the errant S. Please do not fail me in your life skills course. ;-)
  5:37am
northguineahills:

Oceh, I need to attempt to get my Circadian rhythms back to normal by next weekish, so, I need to bounce into my bed. It's been a fun night everyone. Awesome set CT!
  5:39am
Adam in Portland:

Night, NGH. I'm still hewing too close to cicadan rhythms. ;-)
  5:40am
Lutz:

Tampa, eh. Stranger ... Deloris Telescope ... Savatage ...
  5:41am
Tarantino:

thanks everyone. the listening is much appreciated. glad everyone enjoyed the ride. i will return to play with you soon... Nighty night!
  5:43am
Adam in Portland:

@Lutz, Morrisound Studios. Haha.
  5:44am
Adam in Portland:

After this, I will run some Arthur Russell "Let's Go Swimming" and drift away. Wonderful show!
  5:44am

  5:52am

  5:52am
Adam in Portland:

  5:56am
Tarantino:

  5:57am
Adam in Portland:

  6:00am
