Shit DCE, you funny.
  9:12am Dead Corporate Eyes:

Papa Ubu's Dance Party would be a good new intro song
  9:12am BDR:

  9:12am steve from cleve:

  9:14am Cor Blimey:

Its fecking raining again
  9:15am Cor Blimey:

  9:18am Cor Blimey:

  9:19am blacktooth:

F**K yeah OFF!!!
9:19am Mr State The Bleeding Obvious:

Guitars today
  9:19am Van in DC:

Hi Scott. Caught up on your show yesterday with Suishou No Fune. They were incredible!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:21am Scott:

cool, Van. Yeah that was a doozy!
  9:22am Brian in UK:

Afternoon Scott. Strike a light chaps, give the man a break.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:24am Scott:

Good morning everyone!
  9:28am Chris from DC:

10:30. Perfect, I can squeeze in the Crhis Forsyth set before a meeting hopefully.
  9:35am Cecile:

yayay! Robo-boogie!
  9:38am Cecile:

your CD player is broken. :D
  9:39am John Terry:

You blick cant
  9:40am Cecile:

any kenny larkin floating around there, Scott?
  9:42am Cecile:

this digitalism is smokin'. You can never go wrong with DJ Kicks.
  9:47am moose:

good morning world and wfmu, enjoying real radio reception in someone else's apartment, super show so far
  9:58am Brian in UK:

@John Terry RED CARD & get a decent suit..
  9:59am BSI:

isn't that illegal in several states?
  10:01am BSI:

.....chelsea who?
  10:04am Cecile:

Yes, but only with unmarried robots.
  10:05am Brian in UK:

@BSI be interesting to see how AVB does at Spurs, if he gets some spending money.
  10:07am Brian in UK:

It's PSG in Paris who are the big money spenders right now. Qatari oil cash.
  10:08am John Terry:

AVB is a cant2
  10:09am Chris from DC:

Wow, this Eli Keszler is great.
  10:10am BSI:

@Brian: agreed. It's tragic actually, on my TV service here I'm lucky to catch one match a week (whatever ESPN deems worthy on saturday mornings) -- kind of takes the passion out of following the season when it's reduced to reading fixtures & results online. And living at the pub gets expensive.
......clearly I need to relocate across the big big water. Immediately.
  10:11am Cecile:

we used to sing this as kids:
"When you sing buh buh buh ba ba duh, I sing buh buh buh ba ba duh" It was a weird game of ours.
  10:11am Brian in UK:

You is lucky JT
  10:11am Cecile:

That's how I felt following the Detroit Pistons in '90 without cable.
  10:16am Brian in UK:

@BSI Have to confess my game is cricket. Going to the fourth day of the First Test against South Africa on Sunday week. Weather permitting. Six hours sport for the same price as 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge and better behaviour.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:17am Scott:

Don't get me started on Spurs. What a silly move.
  10:18am John Terry:

AVB has no people skills; never played football; too young to get respect of senior players. Man is a complete tool.
  10:19am steve from cleve:

the Cavs drafted someone from Syracuse? I think?
  10:20am steve from cleve:

that's the extent of my ability to talk sports. it makes my 12 year old son VERY UNHAPPY that I don't follow sports.
  10:20am Brian in UK:

Mourinho never played. SO? Jury still out, you would know about that JT.
  10:20am BSI:

RE: the behavior question, I don't doubt it. We in the states haven't learned how to be feral beasts (en masse) at matches yet. But honestly, the quality of MLS play isn't (usually) worthy of such.
  10:21am BSI:

...but give us time. We'll be regressing to violent mayhem any minute. It's what we do best.
  10:21am Cheer:

Moon Unit Rule! John Terry is a lucky thug!
  10:22am Anton Ferdinand:

Great music. Moon Unit - didn't Zappa call one of kids that? Which came first the band or the child?
  10:22am steve from cleve:

yeah, Moon Unit, this is killing me...this is one of the dudes from Wooden Shjips?
  10:23am Anton Ferdinand:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:23am Scott:

Cheer, I pulled your record to play later! Thanks for popping up!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:24am Scott:

Moon Unit from Glasgow. The record is on Blackest Rainbow.
  10:24am Andrew:

I am literally falling asleep in my chair because of this tune. It is awkward as I sit next to a big window and everyone on the escalator can see me snoozing as they ride past.
  10:25am Brian in UK:

Ferguson. Wenger. Never played at highest level. I do agree people skills might need some work. Give him time, he was short changed at Chelsea. I am not a fan of the Blues.
  10:26am slugluv1313:

  10:26am moose:

i love thinking of the different environments listeners are listening in
  10:27am Van in DC:

Congratulations and Happy Anniversary!
  10:27am moon:

Happy Anniversary!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:28am Scott:

  10:29am Brian in UK:

Happy tin/aluminum! anniversary, Scott & Noelle.
  10:29am Cheer:

Whoa! Happy Anniversary! CF sounding great!
  10:32am ausmanx:

this sounds even better than the album version! good night, folks... Villas-Boas will struggle, i reckon... can't wait for the first Spurs v Chelsea clash though
  10:33am John Terry:

@Brian in UK: Ferguson and Wenger are brilliant at managing players. AVB just alienated people at Chelsea. That's the key - how you handle people innit.
  10:34am Dead Corporate Eyes:

I'm so high right now
  10:35am moose:

hey me too!
  10:38am steve from cleve:

unfortunately missed Chris Forsyth when he played here last Friday...hopefully that was not a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity
  10:40am BSI:

"At Arsenal, we don't buy superstars... we make 'em." [tm]
  10:44am John Terry:

then sell them and win nothing
  10:44am Van in DC:

Scott, fyi, the URL for Chris's site that you have there is garbled.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:46am Scott:

Thanks! fixed.
  10:46am Chris from DC:

He's playing with some great bands on that Midwest tour.
  10:47am Cecile:

I gotta get down to Madame of the Arts, I've never been there.
  10:50am Ruaraidh:

Hey Scott, Cheer, Chris, everyone! This live set is rulin!
  10:50am adam:

HUGE sound
  10:51am Ruaraidh:

Ernie too! Hey Ernie!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:52am Scott:

Huge. It's shakin our clothes.
  10:53am Van in DC:

ooooh! Chris has collaborated with Meg Baird! Did not know that. Love her!

This has all been sounding just fantastic by the way.
  10:53am fred:

Good morning/afternoon Scott and listeners.
Chris Forsyth is high on my least of people I want to see live. Too bad that tour isn't coming my way, these shows look pretty good
  10:57am fred:

Shout out to Ernie, great work, as always.
  11:01am Cheer:

Hey R! sick of those chicken wings yet? awesome set!
  11:02am Brian in UK:

Van did you catch Meg Baird on Shrunken Planet last week?
  11:03am Van in DC:

No! Archives here I come after this! Thanks for letting me know Brian
  11:04am Emile Heskey:

Barcelona are desperate for me to sign
  11:06am Ruaraidh:

On the ribs now, Cheer! Great set from Chris there and great job Ernie. Top stuff!
  11:07am Cecile:

wait til you hit 25, they just fly by.
  11:08am Van in DC:

Many thanks to Chris & Paul for that live set - thoroughly enjoyed their music!
  11:11am Cecile:

  11:14am Pat in Philadelphia:

As a Philadelphian I have an uncontrollable urge to yell "Philly!" every time Chris mentions our fair city. I can't stop myself. It's genetic.
  11:15am fred:

How I'd love to see him play live with Koen Holtkamp. Tour Europe guys! (and do stop in Paris)
  11:17am common:

pat. i hear you. also in philly.
  11:17am common:

where is aux in philly?
  11:18am Chris from DC:

Yeah Fred, hoping we get a show around Hopscotch.
  11:19am Pat in Philadelphia:

Common, it's a part of Vox Populi gallery on 11th St. just south of Callowhill. http://voxpopuligallery.org/aux/
  11:21am Emile Heskey:

Come on guys, up the beat!
  11:24am Pat in Philadelphia:

That was another great set from Chris. I put on his last appearance on the Long Rally all the time. Can't wait to see him perform Saturday.
  11:25am common:

thanks pat!
  11:25am Emile Heskey:

Philadelphia: the home of soft tasteless cheese
  11:26am Emile Heskey:

are they still playing or is the next act tuning up?
  11:29am fred:

I'd also love to be there for that gig with Circuit des Yeux. I saw her last year and just loved her set.
  11:51am fred:

RIP Lol Coxhill
(sorry to get somewhat off topic)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:52am Scott:

Yeah that was just tragic.
  11:55am Ruaraidh:

Always great to hear Cheer. His new album "Street Wondering Memory Recall" is totally excellent.
  11:57am fred:

Sadly not unexpected, he was old and had been sick for a while.
He was a great musician, one with such a good ear that he made everyone around sound better, in my experience.
So just go see those great ones who are still around, they might be gone any time
  11:57am northguineahills:

Planetary Unknown has a great old school feel, yet very contemporary.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:58am Scott:

Haven't seen t hat one Ruaraidh. Not sure if came thru here as yet.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:58am Scott:

I love what I've heard tho.
  12:00pm Van in DC:

Was nice to listen to your show live for a change Scott (thanks to Doug being out on vacation :) ), really enjoyed it! Great ♫♫♫'s - thanks!
  12:00pm Ruaraidh:

That new one features some field recordings from NYC / NJ actually. Good stuff. Really enjoyed the show today Scott. Thanks!
  12:02pm northguineahills:

Same here, Van.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:02pm Scott:
