Bread,butter, thinly sliced ham, extra thick slices of bacon, eggs, one can of baked beans in tomato sauce, one can of yellow beans and one can of baked beans..... I looked it up and according to a Nicky Hopkins fan site, he DID play on that Creation track, and I have to confess my lameness--I never heard of them, and apparently a lot of pretty good players passed through that band--including Ron Wood, too.
