It kind of depends who it is. It happens sometimes, not much with my bands.

Chill tunes from Slowdance--goes great with the nighttime snow here, so serene!

Hi Julie and Children of the Night!
Avatar 🦇 4:42am
Julie:

hey there Matt! Snow day for you?
Avatar 🦇 4:42am
Julie:

It was snowing when they were here too..it's always snowing..
Avatar 4:45am
BadGuyZero:

@FVH: The downstairs space has pretty much been in place since last year. The 2013 Hoof & Mouth Sinfonia was held there. There's still some stuff to be done to bring it up to code before they can officially open it up to the public. The funds raised during the silent marathon last November were going to be primarily used to tie up the loose ends (so to speak) with the first floor performance space.
Avatar 4:46am
Matt from Springfield:

Yes! Snow day like it's no day here. 4 inches already, though not iced yet.

Unlike the "Snowmageddon" winter a few years ago, this year has been full of one-off, scattered snow days, never predictable, never staying long and mostly a wintry mess--this might be different.
  4:46am
P-quatre-vingt dix:

@fred: merci, il est fixe, un peu de la dyslexie
Avatar 4:46am

@FVH: I recall that most of the stuff that needed to be done involved ADA compliance requirements.

Maybe next a Beach Boys Brunch at a Bed & Breakfast?
  5:01am
P-quatre-vingt dix:

Yo!, @Matt: I've been thinking (always dangerous), we really should try to do a Google petition or something to get support to persade The Station Manager to invite Ethan and Noir to come in and do the very first ever late-night live guest DJ/live performane from the new performance space. Live audience of lunatics who want to come at 3 am, the whole deal, maybe suggested donation 20 bucks at the door and a swag table in the lobby etc.
Avatar 5:03am

Perf Space 24 Hour Party Peepul
Avatar 5:04am
Matt from Springfield:

@P: Dangerous thinking, watch where you point that thing! ;)
Maybe not right off, but once we've done a few live events there, then FMU could try experimental events like that one!
Avatar 5:05am
fred von helsing:

Finland's up 7-3 w 7m left :)
  5:05am
P-quatre-vingt dix:

Sounds absolutely impractical and crazy, but would attract some good media coverage and maybe donation$, Ken might buy it, then we just have to convince DJ Julie...
Avatar 5:05am
Matt from Springfield:

@P: Oh, and why "124" now??
Avatar 🦇 5:06am
Julie:

Athan nacht?
Avatar 5:07am

Ja Julie, Athannacht! :)
Avatar 5:08am

@FVH: Ooooof...punnage!!

And that sounds like an exciting game--double the scores of what I usually expect from hockey!
Avatar 5:09am

@MvH High scores are a problem. USA and Canada spoil women's hockey for everyone else.
