Hey, P-90, Bambi, 12539.
Bambi: Do you mean the song title? That's his spelling!
Avatar 9:06pm
Dave Mandl:

Who am I to judge?
  9:07pm
P-90:

Maybe the song was inspired by Kelsey Grammer's brain stem?
Avatar 9:08pm
Dave Mandl:

@P-90: You may be onto something there.
  9:16pm
Carmichael:

I am here, listening to a drum solo that, for a change, is not by Aynsley Dunbar.
Avatar 9:17pm

@Carmichael: Sorry!

Just learned that the Butthole Surfer’s King Coffey won “Yard of the Month” www.windsorpark.info...
  9:22pm
Bambi:

Oh yeah, I'd eat that. Thanks, Butthole Surfers!
  9:23pm
Carmichael:

No, thats a good thing for this child of the 60s!
Avatar 9:26pm
amEdeo:

I have come here from the sex future of the year 5000, with tidings of the great unstoppable OMEGA SUN!
  9:26pm
JakeGould:

A sex future sounds horrible & smelly.
  9:27pm
Carmichael:

Yeah, thanks for the visual, AmEdeo ...
Avatar 9:29pm
Dave Mandl:

@amEdeo: We are a peaceful people. Please don't hurt us.
Avatar 9:34pm

I'm from the past, I think.
Avatar 9:35pm
Dave Mandl:

Evening, TDK60.
How's it going, AmEdeo?
  9:36pm
JakeGould:

I like my sex olde fashioned & non-futuristic. I also like to leave my lovers at night by sneaking out to quickly ride away on my penny farthing.
Avatar 9:44pm
amEdeo:

I am good, Dave. In the future all penny farthings have been transmutated into thought bullets by children of the almighty OMEGA SUN.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:49pm
pacific standard simon:

Wait just a cotton-pickin' minute! I have it on the good authority of Zager & Evans that by then, Man is probably not still alive.
Avatar 9:51pm
amEdeo:

True, I am actually a sentient collection of corn nut-eating space algae, that has assumed the form of your friend, amEdeo.
  9:52pm
JakeGould:

Tell OMEGA SUN to blow me.
Avatar 9:52pm

What's it all about, algae?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:53pm

Can I get some from the "Black Hole Sun"?
Avatar 9:54pm
TDK60:

Anyone go for a little walk in NYC today? I did.
Avatar 9:57pm
Dave Mandl:

Evening, fleep, pss.
Avatar 9:59pm
amEdeo:

I was trapped in NYC for three hours. Fire in the PATH train, protests on the street. Traffic for miles and miles in every direction.
Avatar 9:59pm
amEdeo:

OMEGA SUN WILL BLOW YOU ALL AWAY, JAKE GOULD.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:59pm
pacific standard simon:

Hi Dave. Work's done, time for fun.
  10:00pm
JakeGould:

Where was your OMEGA SUN in the Path tunnel?
Avatar 10:01pm
Dave Mandl:

@amEdeo: Oh man. I caught a headline about that fire. No one hurt, I hope.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:01pm

OBEY DARKSEID.
Avatar 10:01pm
fleep:

1. Greetings, Dave.
2. Omega Sun is a form of algae, so amEdeo almost makes sense www.bluegreen-algae.com...
Avatar 10:02pm
TDK60:

The Pop Group's back together? Golly! Sorry amEdeo, these old-fashioned protests we still have in this time period, to save Earth, ya know?
Avatar 10:03pm
amEdeo:

OMEGA SUN long ago forsook all trains and tunnels. OMEGA SUN does not believe in transportation, for OMEGA SUN exists in all points of space and time simultaneously.

That said, PSS makes a strong case for rejecting OMEGA SUN for DARKSEID.
Avatar 10:04pm
fleep:

I am sure those protests will be as effective as OWS.
Avatar 10:05pm
TDK60:

And doing nothing will be less effective.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:06pm
pacific standard simon:

Everything means less than zero.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:10pm
pacific standard simon:

I'm thinking of a number between Nothingness and Infinity; can you guess it? No? Then abandon the illusion of choice, and DARKSEID will TELL you the number.
  Swag For Life Member 10:13pm
12539:

(why do I care what number pss has chosen?)
Avatar 10:15pm
fleep:

Maybe there's a meat raffle after Dave's show.
  10:17pm
JakeGould:

PSS. tell your number to blow me.
  Swag For Life Member 10:17pm
12539:

@pss, is the number 12539?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:18pm

Jake, you're right -- it's 69!
Avatar 10:19pm

@Jake: Let's watch the language, please. Some people here might be offended.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21pm
pacific standard simon:

People who weren't offended by two of the band names in this set? :)
  10:23pm
JakeGould:

Sorry, Dave. My sentiments towards OMEGA SUN as well as PSS’s number stay the same.
Avatar 10:27pm

OMEGA SUN = PSS = JAKEGOULD = MANDL = SAX FUTURE = DARKSEID.

This song, Sinatra would have sneered at, but Sammy would have covered it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:55pm

I was listening to a recent Ted Barron show today, and he played a really goofy song that I didn't recognize, but the organ sounded EXACTLY like Al Kooper. Turns out it was from The Basement Tapes.

To sidenote that, the language was auto-detected as Swedish. When set to Finnish, it spat out the words in a different sequence: Det Igen Går Runt
