Parkay! www.parkay.com...
  12:32am Marc:

I remember the tub talked in the commercials. A creepy voice too
Avatar 12:33am BadGuyZero:

Parkay is still around. It's available in tubs and squeeze bottles.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:33am Matt from Springfield:

They have an app?? Well, humankind is finished then...
Avatar 12:33am BadGuyZero:

It's not an app; it's an appkay.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:34am Ike:

  12:34am JakeGould:

I’m stunned to have been this helpful, this quickly and because of margarine.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:34am Matt from Springfield:

Squeeze bottles, ideal for church picnics!!
12:34am Bob in DC and/or Virginia:

Where do you stand on Parkay vs. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter?
Avatar 12:34am BadGuyZero:

Parkay is almost Pig Latin for "crap."
  12:35am JakeGould:

I’m more into “Park-Bee” nowadays… The spread made from bee milk.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:35am Matt from Springfield:

@Jake: Talking butter substitute has an almost unreal effect over us. Be careful.
  12:35am otto:

no android version :(
Avatar 12:36am BadGuyZero:

Does the app show "Press Your Luck" reruns in between the commercials?
Avatar 12:36am BadGuyZero:

@otto: That's probably a blessing in disguise.

  12:37am JakeGould:

Country Crock? More like country crock of… DEATH!
Avatar 12:37am BadGuyZero:

Any butter-mimicking product that's available in squeeze and spray bottles is likely not fit for human consumption.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:46am Jeezy:

Is it wrong that I know nothing of Therese yet still want to marry her after the "Margarine Segment"?!
  12:46am JakeGould:

My fave margarine is “I Can’t Believe It’s Still Legal (In North America).”
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:47am Matt from Springfield:

Government CENTAH!

@Jeezy: Not wrong! Only creepy ;)

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:53am Matt from Springfield:

Creep like a pro!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:53am Jeezy:

I was at Dr. Dog tonight at Music Hall of Williamsburg, and a handsome couple had snagged the perfect upper mezzanine seats up against the balcony perched right above the band. Suddenly the air was a-whiff with the pungent scent of weed. Seconds later, a security guard approached them and slowly ushered them out, leaving me and my guest to snag the prime seating! I was touched by a smidgen of guilt but damn, those seats! :-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:55am Matt from Springfield:

@Jeezy: Don't feel guilted, that's just a magical hand of fate! Take it when you can!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:55am Matt from Springfield:

Wonderfuls are...WONDERFUL!
I couldn't Star that fast enough!
  12:55am JakeGould:

Jeezy! Scored seats and a contact high! Mazel tov!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:56am Jeezy:

I took it alright!! :-)
  12:56am JakeGould:

Hey! The pot talk gave me an idea: What if someone were to back pot brownies… But with margarine… Think about it… *chirps* *chirps* *chirps* *chirps* *wolf howl* *chirps* *chirps* *chirps* *chirps*
  12:58am KP:

  1:04am JakeGould:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:06am Matt from Springfield:

Burn It Down! With Joe the Frank.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:07am Jeezy:

It really gives a clear picture of the FMU demographic. Greying rock dudes, ahoy!
  1:07am Marc:

Joe Frank has a convoluted way to get to the destination.
  1:10am JakeGould:

Life is not about the destination. Duh.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:12am Jeezy:

I made the terrible mistake of listening to last week's Joe Frank with my 13 year old for the first time ever. It was fraught with weird sexual tales and the like. Disaster! Haha
  1:13am KP:

Oy, that one!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:14am Matt from Springfield:

WFMU Road Trip?!
  1:15am KP:

I was really into the somewhat realistic film noir type Joe Frank
Avatar 1:17am BadGuyZero:

"Danger Diabolik" also features a fabulous score by Ennio Morricone.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:19am Matt from Springfield:

@BGZ: At first I thought they were referring to Clouzot's French film "Diabolique".
  1:19am craig:

Give it a rest and play some music.
Avatar 1:19am BadGuyZero:

"The Joe Frank & Michael K. Story Hour" is four-hours-long.
  1:20am johnk77:

checking in
Avatar 1:21am BadGuyZero:

@Matt: "Diabolique" is a fine film. But it ain't no "Danger Diabolik."
  1:22am JakeGould:

Trailer for the film. Based on an Italian comic book I believe. www.youtube.com...
Avatar 1:25am BadGuyZero:

@JakeGould: You are correct.

"Danger Diabolik" pairs well with "Barbarella" [which was based on a French comic series].
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:30am Matt from Springfield:

Oooh, good pairing with Barbarella, indeed.
  1:31am JakeGould:

That said, I would like to open a bar where there is only one thing playing on the screen: Supercuts from YouTube and other places of stuff like every gunshot from every “Death Wish” film. youtu.be...
  1:31am JakeGould:

“Barbarella” or even “Flash Gordon.”
Avatar 1:31am BadGuyZero:

"Surfin' Jack Flash" is the Whoopi Goldberg movie nobody wants to see.
Avatar 1:33am BadGuyZero:

@JakeGould: Have you seen the "'Death Wish 3' with lasers" video on YouTube?

Avatar 1:34am BadGuyZero:

Ooops...I bumped my laptop and made the record skip.
  1:37am JakeGould:

Whoa! Lasers! I would add that to the rotation on the LCD screens at the bar.
Avatar 1:43am Mugsy:

Very, very good cover. Very good.
Avatar 1:56am Clay:

Bobby Fuller! Nice nod to we in the older set.
Avatar 1:58am BadGuyZero:

Con Agra has really dropped the ball by not having that Parkay app available. It doesn't look like the talking tub has any social media presence at all. How does it expect to appeal to a younger demographic if it's not tweeting and sharing photos on Instagram?
Avatar 2:01am Clay Pigeon:

Hey! The Wienermobile has its own app now! www.adweek.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:03am Therese:

You okay I X Key? You look like you need an Oscar Meyer Weiner slathered in Parkay.
Avatar 2:27am -andrew-:

Been listening at work, so couldn't comment much tonight, but thought I would just say the show has been great as always Therese.
Avatar 2:28am -andrew-:

Well, to be honest, I'm always listening at work, but tonight I just had very limited computer access.
Avatar 2:28am ! I X Key !:

I could use an Oscar Meyer Weiner slathered in a nice farmers market put up in a wee mountain town
Avatar 2:29am Clay Pigeon:

This Probe 10 rules!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:30am Matt from Springfield:

@andrew: That sucks. My work's networks all crashed right when the Dusty Show was on last Thursday! I couldn't stream live anyway, but I love to comment, dammit! Fortunately they were back up on Friday for me to listen to the Archive (and catch up on comments) during the workday.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:30am Matt from Springfield:

@Clay: Yeah, right! It's like in another stage beyond "prog" rock!
Avatar 2:32am ! I X Key !:

Beyond prog minds
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:32am Matt from Springfield:

@Therese: WHOA! Is THIS the song Fred Armisen was singing during that weird fake British mockutravelogue about NYC? He was singing this in a cavernous club, in these same vocal styles as he plays a keyboard.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:33am Matt from Springfield:

@I X: Beyond prog minds, beyond prog space! Blast off!
Avatar 2:33am -andrew-:

@Matt We have pretty decent wifi at my work, so I always stream on the app (either live or archived). But yeah I like the interaction part as much as listening. I could comment on the app, but every time I do it crashes. Most of the shows I like are on when I'm sleeping so I'm usually reading comments when I'm able to listen.
