stan, id really like to know whats yr statement about not filling the setlist tab up.
is it to make it seem like more 20th century radio ?
coelacanth:
...remember 2 minutes ago when we just listened and Loved it; and if we were really into something listened very carefully at mic breaks...and if we didn't catch it called the station to ask what it was..(?)
i know it is dying, but i miss that. it's gotten more interactive yet less personal,as a multi-media,multi-sensory event.
i'm making assumptions her (i'm a wee bit drunk!) but i think the beauty of radio is being compromised by all the other activity involved now.

i really do need sleep though.
have a great night/day
Thanks Stan...and i appologise if my assumptions are incorrect!

not being a fluent english listener, i like getting a written hint about what's happening(and then wfmu created clicky stars and sem melted the whole nova scotia)... anyway i know this is damn capricious from me and doesnt prevent me from enjoying the show !

i guess it's that i've listened to radio my whole life & kept a notebook handy to write down everything i liked or hated...(i only got on this internet thing about 2 years ago when my receiver antenna failed.)
true- sometimes it was frustrating when the dj didn't say,or speak clearly...but,such is Life, hey? i still enjoyed the program.
okay then! goodnight good people!
(i really am exhausted.)
