  6:17am Cooh John:

Good morning Micah and fellow listeners.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:31am Guido from Cologne:

hi Micah!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:32am micah:

hi guys
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:32am ausmanx:

listening, sir, but distracted by having to do the subtitles for a breathtakingly awful German series called Adam Looking for Eve...
Avatar 6:32am Tusalava:

I'm listening and enjoying very much. This is excellent early morning music.
  6:32am Billy London:

I'm listening via a acoustic resonating pyramid hat with built in blue tooth connectivity.
Avatar 6:33am kimgland:

hey micah and all
  6:34am Cooh John:

It's a mind meld! I hope it is not too early to use an exclamation point.
Avatar 6:34am Tusalava:

I'm just listening on some tacky speakers I decorated with googly eyes. It does nothing for the acoustics, but it makes them funnier.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:34am micah:

oo that sounds crappalicious ausamanx
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:34am micah:

tusalava good creativity!
Avatar 6:34am Tusalava:

No, put the exclamation point away. It scares me.
  6:35am Library Berlin:

We are here, and it is almost midday! Thanks for the nice accompaniment to the words on the pages.
Avatar 6:35am Tusalava:

Not when it's on the end of a compliment, however. OK, I can handle exclamation points now, carry on.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:35am ausmanx:

yes, naked strangers meet up on a desert island to find true love... in a uniquely creepy German swingers party kind of vibe
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:44am Guido from Cologne:

I have a good old Teisco bass guitar hanging on my wall.
  6:45am John Duquet:

Listening in car driving to Pittsburgh all night.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12am annie:

Avatar 7:14am Cliff:

No annie, I stayed inside (it wasn't raining much anyway). It's snowing now though
  7:14am Billy London:

Avatar 7:16am Cliff:

Also, I figured out how to change my avatar (as geezerette put it, I put an Ave in my Avatar ;)
Avatar 7:17am BEAVO:

Of course the most famous is Pete Townshend. Tommy was all Baba.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:19am micah:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:19am Ken From Hyde Park:

I remember snow.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26am ausmanx:

41 degrees here yesterday, 5 days before the start of autumn. and we've just had 22 days in a row above 26 degrees which has never happened in sydney before. we're all frying up, people...
  7:28am Slazenger:

Good Morning my Friend Micah. I will be enjoying your program from my work desk today. Best of luck to you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28am People Like Us:

really enjoying your show - know about The Mother, yes!
Avatar 7:30am Cliff:

Sri Aurobindo - I know of this guy. There is a physicist named Ulrich Mohrhoff who has developed an interpretation of quantum mechanics based on his understanding of Advaita Vedanta from Sri Aurobindo.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30am micah:

hi vicki- flattered you enjoy it!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31am micah:

thank you slazenger

Avatar 7:36am Cliff:

Nondualism and quantum mechanics go together like peanut butter and jelly
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:45am Guido from Cologne:

I'm a always a great fan of The Unknown performing "Unknown" on no album!
Avatar 7:48am Cliff:

Ohhh boy, racist cult music here we come
Avatar 7:49am Cliff:

I had shrooms last Friday and posted all about it all day long. I'm not having any today though
Avatar 7:52am Cliff:

Shrooms doesn't usually make for good musical production values, it sounds like
  7:53am tino:

sounds like every girl band in houston
Avatar 7:54am Cliff:

But are they all on shrooms? And used to be racists?
  7:56am Listener Robert:

I think I was at a performance of "Our Vinland" a couple yrs. ago.
  7:56am Billy London:

Strong 90s vibe
  7:59am Billy London:

Ganesha in da house
Avatar 7:59am Cliff:

Micah, I enjoy your blunt and deadpan assessment of the musical and ethical quality of these groups
  8:03am Listener Robert:

Where I was, "Our Vinland" was performed in the sentiment of pagans feeling oppressed by an onslaught of Christianity.
  8:10am bill:

My 5-year old could play this. If he were on shrooms.
  8:14am bill:

noise, funk brought
  8:16am Lady Cocoa:

This Palmer Rockey...he's sure to be a star.
  8:16am bill:

mid-size venues, easily
Avatar 8:19am Cliff:

Rock it!
  8:20am bill:

ah, this takes me back to that Coney Island haircut so long ago
  8:21am Lady Cocoa:

  8:24am Brendan:

Avatar 8:26am Cliff:

Was that at the right speed?
Avatar 8:26am Cliff:

Maybe they had too many shrooms
Avatar 8:27am pierre:

this is nice
  8:28am bill:

no such thing as too many shroooms
Avatar 8:29am Cliff:

Yeah bill, they're self-regulating, if you take more than you need you just end up huddling in a corner in an existential crisis. But it's all good after a couple hours of inifinity
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:32am Marcel M:

  8:33am Lady Cocoa:

Ironically, Palmer Rockey's movie "It Happened On Sunday", only had one weekend release.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:35am micah:

ah thanks cocoa
  8:36am Brendan:

Sorry Im late . There was a car fire on the shoulder. I've seen fire and ... Nevermind.
  8:36am Lady Cocoa:

  8:47am bill:

brendan that's distasteful, no matter how good it was
  8:49am Brendan:

Ok i wont ask to pass the german shepherd seasoning
Avatar 8:52am Cliff:

I may have eaten dog once. I was on a trip to Seoul and went to one of those barbecue places where they have the grill in the center of the table. Some guys next to me were eager to speak Engrish with me, and one of them kept offering me some mystery meat and just kept saying "it's good, try it!" My friend I was with passed on it, but I went for it. It tasted somewhat like pork.
Avatar 8:55am Cliff:

They also gave us some free liquor they were enjoying at their table. It helped assuage my feelings about what I might have just done.
  8:55am bill:

I don't know HOW many times I've ordered dog and got goat instead
  8:57am Brendan:

That gets my goat
  8:58am bill:

cliff that's why god stuck hydroxyl to carbon
  8:58am bill:

brendan then we're even!
  8:58am gnd:

marsyas is a czech band
Avatar 8:59am Cliff:

Yes bill, I'll take that as a doctrine of faith.

Thanks Micah & everybody!
