About 7-8 years ago, I saw him perform on voice and solo piano at an intimate event in honor of Kenny Gamble — and the cat was clean! It was a masterful performance, to no surprise.

I danced to a Prince tribute here is San Diego the other night and am happy to say that Prince love is universal. There is a graffiti artist who painted a mural of him last weekend, Purple Rain era, with the words "Dearly Beloved" above it. Indeed he is dearly beloved.

I danced to a Prince tribute here is San Diego the other night and am happy to say that Prince love is universal. There is a graffiti artist who painted a mural of him last weekend, Purple Rain era, with the words "Dearly Beloved" above it. Indeed he is dearly beloved.
