Avatar 6:15am

Hey Micah and all you listeners
Avatar 6:16am

dawn and i'm awake, lots of thunder-boomers last evening
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:27am
Sem Chumbo:

My goodness, how, I wonder, did such a song come into existence?
In response to what need?
This mind boggles.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:29am
Sem Chumbo:

Some backstory on ^^ glorifytheturd.com...
Avatar 6:33am

hehe, i love you, too micah!
Avatar 6:51am

so, i have this quandary: sometimes my brain is clearly lucid and i'm fully "here"; there are other times when i am able to enjoy(if that's the right word) a running review of dreams in and amongst my waking time. i get a thril out of it, yet wonder if this is some early alzheimers thing. anyone have an idea of what this is?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:00am

i dunno annie it sounds like normal to me. but im not normal
Avatar 7:01am

"My experience is what i agree to attend to." william james
THAT is the answer, just saw that in a Brain Pickings article. yeah, see. micah, i wonder if others experience it and just pass it off..

Make that FOUR, Micah! I am here and for the record (chuckle) I dig your entire show....Fondly, WJ
-> Ming the Merciless <-:

Get to another level of consciousness, NUMBER SIX.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:10am
Sem Chumbo:

Please Number Six, not that again.
Cooh John:

Lucky 7 checking in. Good morning everyone.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:19am

this has got to be the most unpopular show on wfmu
-> Ming the Merciless <-:

Should I duplicate?
Avatar 7:21am

i LOVE this show. ...but, i'm a free-thinker, so..

I represent the Lurking Legion of Listeners, there are many of us! Here every week, Micah, just not commenting.
Avatar 7:25am

...and yet another organization here in asheville stepping up to the plate of free-food services. the numbers increase almost weekly.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26am

Ye Gods, I just leave the room for a couple of minutes and Sem Chumbo turns into Number Two. Am I being monitored? Looking forward to the hallucinogenic drug experiences, though.
  Swag For Life Member 7:29am

I'm with the rest of the deserved fan club, Micah. You're show is one of the best- I'm just generally quiet in front of strangers. :P
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30am

haha thanks guys

Number 2:

Slow-onset DMT administered via an aerosol spray in your quarters, Number 6, should kick in any time now.
Avatar 7:37am

Avatar 7:39am

Avatar 7:40am

Jesus hates that music so much he decides the rapture will come early.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:42am

the rapture already happened. jesus took noone and

Avatar 7:45am

Goyim in the AM:

You start dipping in to where corporations meet cults and there will be no end to this series. Do Spinning and CrossFit have their own recordings?
Avatar 7:52am

and my brother sold fuller brush products
Avatar 7:52am

Oh dear.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:52am

im not playing crossfit music. not interested.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:52am

10 minutes of hypnotized rich white people hyperventilating.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:54am
Goyim in the AM:

Dubstep remixes of "You're the Best Around" by Joe Esposito. Yeah, we don't need to hear that.
Avatar 7:54am

I got sucked into selling cutlery when I was 18 for Alco. never sold a thing.
Billy London:

Amway and Scientology unite!
Avatar 7:58am

all i know is we were still broke all the time, so amway didn't make us rich.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:05am

annie is there a cult that i have played that you have not been involved in?

Avatar 8:07am

VH1 Behind the Music The Amway Singers, a tragic tale.
Avatar 8:07am

Of greed and laundry detergent
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:08am

id rather watch that then the milli vanilli story for the 10,000th time
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:09am
Number 2:

Agreed, Micah.
Avatar 8:09am

@Annie Trump supporter?
Avatar 8:10am

Dont answer that
Avatar 8:15am

there were a few, micah, i guess our family seemed to attract the crazies, my dad beng a most excellent ranter. he even joined the jogn birchers and the masons, just to check 'em out
Avatar 8:15am

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:24am
Goyim in the AM:

Man, Su Tissue -- hope she's happy and well wherever she is.
Avatar 8:26am

something tells me i've seen "ice from the sun". so, time to see it again
Avatar 8:28am
Wild Neil:

@Annie-WOW the John Birchers AND The Masons? That's pretty...open minded! My wife has warned me the Masons are strongly anti-Catholic, yet some hold positions of power in The Vatican. Its a strange world we live in for sure....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:30am
Number 2:

@Goyim: from IMDb: "She tried teaching for a short time, then became a legal secretary. For the last twenty years, she has been an attorney in Newport Beach, CA."
Avatar 8:30am
Wild Neil:

This sounds like Donna Summer...
Avatar 8:33am

Also original guitarist with The Moody Blues.
Avatar 8:34am

@Neil: his main goal was to discover the inner-workings of propaganda and rhetoric. my exposure to his experimentation lead to my always asking questions, which generally drives people nuts, but i will always have doubt of many things i'm told is "the way".
Avatar 8:38am
Wild Neil:

@Annie-disovering the "Why" of history can be difficult because often it is written by the victor...who has an axe to grind...my wife is a historian from Polan and I see this playing out all the time...the raw data, so to speak-what there is of it that is-is in archives around the world...and some archives are OFF LIMITS to historians, so the picture is not even complete. Your dad would make a fine historian...he could "break the third wall" as they say in theatre and film and explain how the trail goes cold on so many things....the movie Spotlight is a good example of this....propaganda often has a grain of truth in it, which makes it difficult to counter or refute...or even difficult to counter-deprogram using your own propaganda....
Avatar 8:40am

neil, google "A Dispatch of Merchants" WLA, author.
Avatar 8:42am

i had an amazing 8th-grade teacher who spent a whole quarter teaching us propaganda and rhetoric. he changed my life and allowed me to see my dad was using his own form of brain-washing
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:44am
Goyim in the AM:

@number 2: no, that info is from a misunderstood interview with another Suburban Lawn, Frankie Ennui. -- he's the lawyer. Su truly seems to have disappeared.
Avatar 8:46am
Wild Neil:

@Annie-or what happened at Katyn recently with the jet full of Polish elite, all dead by mysterious circumstances...or the Clinton "coincidental deaths"....many key figures gone...I am sure Republicans may have offed some people too....the machine is BIG to be sure....and funds both sides...Annie, I added that article to a favorite folder...there is about four hours of reading there! WOW!
Avatar 8:50am

yeah, take your time, he gets repetetive.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53am
Number 2:

@Goyim: thanks for the correction!
See you, and all, next time, Micah
Avatar 8:54am
