Just saw some pictures online recently which claimed to be Roddy McDowall from the Tempest and it must have been an inspiration for the Maxwell Demon makeup.

The one place I can go to not know who won the Super Bowl,
or who was made to kiss Trump ass today. Or did both in reverse order...
Thank you FMU Refuge!

Therese, You are too kind. Except when pointing out our stupid 70s fetish distractions.
We were too busy stapling shiny shit to our jeans to notice Ronald Reagan had come along then and intended to make us irrelevant.
Guess what? We are totally irrelevant now, and more painfully so if you are someone who reads things like books.
Avatar 10:34pm
Therese:

@Old Dave- If that's all there is, then let's keep bedazzling.

Your show is terrific.. I surrender Therese!

Someone please Bedazzle “Fuck Trump” on a crop top. Or a jean jacket.

Oh yes! This was our theme song back in the Peace Corps early 80's. Sick and drunk in the RP,
post Marcos. It held up across class and gender not knowing what would come next...

How much worse can McGasko do in the basement than he does in the main library? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:03pm
coelacanth∅:

Ken, Thanks; but what i see is that that song was added to both the uk and us releases later, after it became a hit, then deleted again for the 2011 cd reissues.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:04pm
coelacanth∅:

(the 1985 uk issue does not have it)

first person to do so successfully was a woman named Annie Taylor.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:49pm

she probably figured she'd either get fame money and live happily ever after, or die like all those before her, which was better than living in abject poverty.
-win/win.
Avatar 11:50pm

yes. unfortunately, the plan didn't pan out.

she did send her cat over first as a test case, successfully ~ so assumed she would live.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:52pm

my aunt had a similar attitude and she planned out exactly how long she could live the way she liked to live on what she had saved. she died of cancer with <$1000. in a nyc apartment a couple years ago.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:53pm

it didn't pan out? she didn't get that much money from the fame?
