c∅: I doubted it too, but as it turns out, even the middle-aged straight-edgy tilted-square likes of me can infiltrate said area and eyeball the vile trust-fund upper crust of the post-hipster milieu. In fact it's probably more tourists than anything now. Not that there's much reason to go except for concerts or Fabio's wee record shoppe.
