Spring is just around the corner.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:22pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Time to choose the New Year's Eve party costume? I'd go with the feline look in the lower right if I were you, Irwin.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:24pm Michael 98145:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:27pm Mister Dobalina:

  3:49pm berbo:

Year of the Dog begins Feb 16, 2018.
  3:55pm brainiac:

I would comment, but I'm taken a vow of silence.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:05pm Carmichael:

I guess there is no year of the porpoise.
Avatar 4:16pm Hoboken Jack:

Hey Irwin, hey Ken! Call me Livingston Jack this week.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:16pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Quite a late Chinese New Year 2018. Always the New Moon in Aquarius - an eclipse this time. Chinese Signs are kinda 'barnyard' (oh - you're a Pig or Rat...) - & one bunch gets to be Dragons...EarthDog it will be - two Earth years after two Fire years. 1958 was the last EarthDog (12 Animals X 5 Elements = 60 years).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:18pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...well - if they're all on MDMA...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:19pm Carmichael:

I am the Year of the Cock. Many jokes abound ...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:21pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

This was your Rooster Year, Carmichael. My Hare be the opposite - can't say I don't welcome the Dawgie...altho' Western Astrology agrees things will likely get a good bit 'Earthier' coming up here...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:37pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...I concluded LSD was a lot like Psychotherapy - w/ no Psychotherapist on hand...
  4:50pm Marc15:

She could have also dropped the trunk into the Fires Of Mount Doom in Mordor
  4:53pm Old Dave:

Is Joe Frank a kind of confessor to all these people? It's interesting to hear, thanks Irwin.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:58pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...Fake News!...

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:01pm Michael 98145:

@RRN63, that could explain a few things ...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:03pm common:

good eve
  5:12pm miles:

hello again from Chicago this time
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:13pm Michael 98145:

@miles, sounds pretty chilly in Chi town today ...
Swag For Life Member 5:15pm Walt:

Amazing fact that I didn't know - "Just One Smile" was written by Randy Newman when he was 17!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:17pm Irwin:

... and was first recorded by Gene Pitney, which is where Al Kooper heard it and decided to cover it with BS&T.
  5:23pm flashbazbo:

I know joe is a genius, but these performers are also creating during these shows, at least it sounds that way to me.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:23pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

+, this set.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:25pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...so - Joe is an Ensemble Leader or Producer - like Warhol - or DukeEllington...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:33pm Irwin:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:35pm Michael 98145:

you truly bring us all the finest jazz, Irwin. thank you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:35pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Trying to make a living working CD stores - had to sell my copy Complete Coltrane on Prestige - 16 discs I believe. Sweet retribution: a friend had it all as mp3s for me. Not mp4s, alas...
Avatar 5:38pm Fredericks:

Michael 98145: Your statement is a solid truth.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:39pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Trane just makes my nervous system right.
...Yerknow - homo sapiens produced DonaldDrumpf - but we also got Coltrane...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:45pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

- & Irwin has noted - he tends to bring us living contempo Jazz Artists - a real service.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:47pm Michael 98145:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:56pm Irwin:

Thanks to all for listening, for financial support, for comments, for evangelizing the free-form gospel. I plan NOT to die in 2018 (or the rest of 2017). You should do the same.
