Hey Mayuko!
The recordist said of that last piece: recorder placed on a window sill. windows are closed but there is a small slit that lets in the outside sounds. Heavy traffic is already daunting at this time of a day. As well as unceasing landscape and gardening works in the neighborhood nearby. But the highlight of the recording is a sound that is similar to a wind instrument. It occurs only when the wind is strong and blows into western direction . You can also hear the cracks of my busted ankle. (sony d50)
Have a lot of of black vultures hanging outside my parking lot at my office. Their beaks are too weak to break most hides, so, they have to wait for a really decomposed animal, if they're lucky, find a deer to start to work on the face and/or anus (since the orifices are large enough for them to get started) , or wait for the turkey vultures to get the first crack.
/why yes, I've been researching Floridian vultures lately, a totally normal pursuit!
oh my god ngh! I just went to Florida in April and JUST seen them black vultures for the first time in my life! They looked straight out of edward gorey books! Do you also have King vultures in your area? They came up in search result when I looked up black vultures.
Have a great grocer northguineahills, don't let the black vultures get your groceries!

Descriptions of Florida from author interview heard late today:
An Eden of dangerous things...Alien and fecund and steamy and strange....Reptilian, teeming...
Best basil I ever tasted. I was stressing them, but pampering them otherwise, and then we got antediluvian amounts of rain the last 6 weeks, and my garden went bonkers.
