We are in Cape St. Claire and we are about a mile away from the community strip shopping center with a grocery store, small hardware store, a couple restaurants and a Rita's, so we just walk over there and get what we need. I definitely need the exercise, so its a win.

	♥ 10:59am Phillippe Bastille: @sphere I love where we are, just the house is a pain in the a$$. 1955 beach cottage that hasn't been updated in forever. Very walkable -- we can walk back streets to get to the market so we don't have to put up with traffic. And very dog-friendly. You can't go more than a couple blocks without encountering someone walking the dog. Not a lot of diversity though. I love going to those ethnic markets like you have, as well as different types of restaurants. Its seafood heavy around here, Nearest Ethiopian is either Burtonsville or Ellicott City, both about 45 minutes away.

My boys went to River Hill, and the school was so diverse that there wasn't any group that was over 50% of the population. Many Korean, Indian, Pakistani kids. Certainly helped them learn to live with people from all backgrounds.

We are in Cape St. Claire and we are about a mile away from the community strip shopping center with a grocery store, small hardware store, a couple restaurants and a Rita's, so we just walk over there and get what we need. I definitely need the exercise, so its a win.

Very walkable -- we can walk back streets to get to the market so we don't have to put up with traffic. And very dog-friendly. You can't go more than a couple blocks without encountering someone walking the dog. Not a lot of diversity though. I love going to those ethnic markets like you have, as well as different types of restaurants. Its seafood heavy around here, Nearest Ethiopian is either Burtonsville or Ellicott City, both about 45 minutes away.

My boys went to River Hill, and the school was so diverse that there wasn't any group that was over 50% of the population. Many Korean, Indian, Pakistani kids.
